Make it cosy - 2010
Hortus Bulborum reprints unusual booklet of recipes with historical bulbs, tubers and other simple ingredients
About a year and a half ago the Hortus Bulborum in Limmen received an unusual request. Were there still some Darwin tulip bulbs available? It did not matter which cultivar. The planting season was already past… On the face of it not such a strange question for the only bulb garden museum in the world. It turned out that the inquiry was made for the reissue of a historical cooking booklet to be issued as business relationship gifts by the Workgroup to Reduce Archival Backlog of the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. It was published by the Workgroup in Rotterdam.
